JSTOR’s Arts & Sciences VIII Collection will include a minimum of one hundred forty (140) titles when it is completed at the end of 2011. This collection extends JSTOR's coverage in disciplines across the social sciences and humanities, with new and expanded focus on art & art history, classical studies, philosophy, language & literature, and music.
More than thirty rare 19th and early 20th century American Art periodicals form part of this collection, including 291, created in 1915 by Alfred Stieglitz and Bradley, His Book from the private press founded by William H. Bradley. Eleven of these periodicals are immediately available in the collection, with the remaining titles available by the second quarter of 2010. JSTOR has prepared a short video (5 minutes) has to give institutions a glimpse into these periodicals.

JSTOR launches Arts & Sciences VI Collection
JSTOR has recently launched their Arts & Sciences VI Collection, which will include a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) titles to be completed by 2010. This collection extends JSTOR's coverage in disciplines across the social sciences, with clusters focused in economics, education, linguistics, political science, and area studies. Pricing for the JISC community is now available.
Many of the journals in this collection will add more international depth to disciplines extensively covered in other Arts & Sciences collections. This collection will also contain over 30 titles from the Business II Collection that are not found in Arts & Sciences IV or the Arts & Sciences Complement. These titles include the publications of the National Bureau of Economic Research, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund, and diversify JSTOR's coverage of areas such as business ethics, advertising, and risk management.

JSTOR launches Arts & Sciences V Collection
JSTOR has just launched the new Arts & Sciences V Collection. Building on disciplines in previous collections, Arts & Sciences V will widen the scope of core disciplines in the humanities, including philosophy, history, classics, religion, art and art history, and language and literature. Arts & Sciences V introduces a number of literary reviews, including The Hudson Review and The North American Review; as well as several humanities journals from Indiana University Press and the notable museum bulletins from The Museum of Modern Art, the J. Paul Getty Museum, and the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
The Arts & Sciences V Collection will comprise a minimum of 120 titles upon its completion in 2009; at launch seven titles will be available.
